The work environment is completely professional and very fast pace. Each day you knew what you were going to encounter.

Cons

Inbound calls from complaining customers will always have you on the edge and make you want to yell at them.

There is a relaxed environment, a variety of people to work with, and a schedule that's easy to deal with.

Cons

Poor pay is offered, as well as it being a dead end job right upon entering the door. Few hours offered as well.
