Pros

Benefits,pension, no more pros of working for Belron

Cons

This company is purely run on greed and Profit. The management at the regional, and service centre level have no respect or caring for the employees.The human resources department will always side with management, even if the things they are doing are immoral, and sometimes even illegal. They hire managers with zero experience in the industry in their lack of knowledge causes great problems within the operations of the service center.

Pros

Good work environment, fair pay and compensations, The ELT are communicating the executive vision very well down to the whole company.

Cons

limited advancement, HR seems to hire outside to fill positions instead of growing talent inhouse, which leads to an extremely high turnover rate. Poor training opportunities and no structured individual evaluations means it is then very hard to set yourself goals to advance and grow.

Pay check was always on time trainers were great and understanding enjoyed the work

Cons

Pay for the wrk load not fair manger was not supportive micro manger was secretive and demeaning hd hr issues at location bulling and sexual contact
