      Pros

      Convenient schedule. Low workload. Days are repetitive so it's a good option for those who like repetition. Also a quiet environment. You do need toe good with the elderly.

      Cons

      Not a good choice for those who need constant interaction with others. You have to spread your work out to stay busy throughout the day and be a self starter.

      Provided good equipment and training was good if management allowed you to be out of work and go to their workshops.

      Cons

      Owner was not very approachable, they did not address concerns from some employees, showed favoritism to some employees more than others.
