Pros

Beltone offers a wide variety of products to accommodate the consumers that you are working with. I've worked with several manufactures and they do offer a premium product compared to most. Potential to make big money if your selling lots of hearing aids.

Cons

If your a hearing specialist and your pay is based on commission only, you can find yourself is a tight spot if you hit a dry spell.

Genuinely nice and caring colleagues - upper management wants their team to succeed - team-oriented environment- gorgeous building/working atmosphere - great benefits/competitive salary - ideal location.
