Pros

the office can be laid back and there are a lot of good people working. i have learned a lot from team members.

Cons

We are not allowed to be active in the technology community. We are asked not to befriend team members in america. The owner of the company talks down to the team. He treats everyone as if they do not know anything.

- Flexible timings and work from home option - Salaries higher than industry standard; good appraisals - Good development work; perfect for young developers - Flat hierarchy with tonnes of peer learning opportunity - Never ending work - so you can make overtime salary -

Cons

- Rigid and Stagnant Management not willing to expand - No emphasis on overall personality development - No processes and structure in the company - If you stick for more then 3-4 years, you will become unfit for other companies
