      Pros

      Yes you can advance with this company! Knowing how to advance is important. I finally found a company I can call home. Show up, on time, good attitude, respect for others gets you far. Give yourself two years to get settled in. Every job takes that long. I’ve been employed here 4 years and I have a 47 year work history. Only 20 of it is driving trucks. Very trustworthy company, that’s rare. I’ll retire when I’m forced to. I like to work.

      Cons

      Cons exist but nothing that would break my confidence. Endurance pays off here.

      Good company, poor management

      Pros

      Steady work and pay. Somewhat decent trucks.

      Cons

      Lazy, vengeful management. No seniority policy. No advancement in the company.
