      Pros

      This is a challenging job. I like the people I work with including most of the sales men. It is a good work out you have to really work at staying hydrated. They have a really good retirement plan if you somehow live long enough to enjoy it.

      Cons

      The warehouse is awful they continue to make the same mistakes everyday very frustrating. Maintenance is the worst I've ever seen you will be working with dangerous equipment. Some of the sales staff are out of control making unprofitable decisions blaming you for everything and pitting you against the customer in general creating a lot of undue stress and misery.

      Pros

      The new office is very nice. I have nothing positive to add other than that.

      Cons

      I worked in the new Hou location. Drivers and warehouse are worked to the bone while office staff act like immature brats. Mgmt throws weight around, which is one of the biggest indicators to me they feel threatened. Lots of people are hired that are incompetent for their roles, simply b/c they knew someone. It's a "good ol boy" organization. Work life balance is not great - I was made to feel guilty because I could not attend a non-work party at someone's house. I was actually harassed as to why I was not able to attend. It was weird. The vibe is cult-like. Lots of people use others and then don't thank them for helping...they just take all the credit. I was yelled at by my manager but they didn't see there was a witness. They were terrified of that manager after what they saw.I have never been treated so poorly in the workplace. The new office needs lots of guidance.

      Pros

      could make a lot of money. starts at 12$ and can make up too 20$ per/hr if you can get the hang of the pallet stacking system. but from what I hear there new system really keeps 20 an hour impossible.

      Cons

      I worked the night shift at the warehouse, usually 12 to 15 hours per night sunday thru Friday. Not a lot of time off if any. so it could be good for you if you have no wife or kids or friends!!
