Pros
Excellent company mission, vision, and values. Good financial support for continuing education. The company supports a lot of evidence- based con ed and invests money back into its therapists.
Cons
Company growing quickly which requires young, inexperienced PTs to fill roles of clinic director positions. Fair support from management in undertaking these roles. Also, there is a lot of extra things to do for all therapists that can take a lot of time such as chart audits. Pressure from management for higher performance metrics. Clinic directors get relatively low percentage of clinic profit. Notes at home (3-5 hours per week).
