Pros

The thing I like about Benchmark is how they live their values every day in support of their Mission and Vision. These are discussed during the interview phase. It is covered again during orientation. It is the basis for annual reviews. If there are coachable moments then it is focused on living out Mission, Vision and Values. I have worked for companies where these items were developed in the past and never thought about again. Not at Benchmark!

Cons

The only con relates to OP Rehab being a service industry so there can be long days on occasion.

Fantastic Opportunities!

Pros

BenchMark provides a unique combination of resources, advancement opportunities and leadership accessibility. The in-house residency (hand and orthopaedics), fellowship, and leadership development programs provide great opportunities for advancement while the ability to partner in new clinics allows for greater financial compensation for those ambitious therapists interested in helping the company grow. This is a company that truly values feedback from employees with leadership that is highly transparent and accessible.

Cons

This may seem like too positive a review to be true, but there aren't any true cons from my perspective. If you wish to push yourself to advance within the company or take on some of the education opportunities with the residency and/or fellowship then work/life balance can be challenging, but these are optional programs. If you are happy with your role without pushing to advance then work/life balance should not be a challenge at all.
