      The company is good. I love my patients and therapists. There is a clear focus on quality patient care as opposed to getting as many patients in and out the door as possible.

      I wish the pay was better. But other than that, none

      The upper management seemed to be very flexible and friendly, you could be informal with many and be respected

      Some area directors can be jerks and make you work with most of their patients while they focus on one at a time.
