- Good mentorship opportunities - Good ramp-up time; they make sure as a new grad they don't force too much on your plate and progress it appropriately - Great co-workers

Cons

- Focused too much on productivity to the point where good patient care is almost sacrificed - If you are not consistently tripling an hour you are viewed as lazy
