      Boss was bad at micromanaging, she was rude and condescending as well as childish.

      Great Con-ed/ benefits. Good new grad company

      Pros

      The Company is very good at welcoming new grads and investing in their continuing education. Their salary is competitive at a new grad level but wins as promotions continue. There are incentive bonuses that are worthy but requires a lot of effort to receive. The quality of work life balance depends on the area/region in which you work. Overall a good company for which to work

      Cons

      Lower than average salary at higher level positions. Work-life balance varies depending on region and area.
