Pros

I would only recommend to gain some experience. Its a great way to gain experience on your resume to take your skill sets elsewhere. Coworkers are amazing, and love love the patient interaction. The clinic atmosphere is always great, and fun!

Cons

The company does not value their employees. The pay for these upper level positions does not correlate to the expectations of the role. Very very low pay in comparison to other companies. You are often asked to be “flexible”which typically means fulfilling the needs requestes by management that should come with additional compensation, but generally presented as a “favor”. The true definition of a over worked, and underpaid if I had to describe it.
