Much more than what meets the eye…

Friendly staff, personal space, not recorded, face to face interaction, not micromanaged, easy schedule

Cons

Overworked, underpaid, escalated training and told there would be help - not reliable, hours should be a firm 40- yet the daily schedule changes even day of not guaranteed to leave at same time daily, the higher ups (SOC) do not respond to questions asked in a timely manor.
