Pros

The patients and some of the therapists are the only rewarding part of the job. You really build relationship with patients since they’re continuously coming in for therapy.

Cons

I would say if you’re a college student needing experience this may be an okay option depending on the location you work at. For someone who has graduated they pay employees at most $12 and the work obligations don’t match the pay what so ever. Clinic directors NEVER say thank you although without front office staff the company can’t be ran properly. Patients literally can not come in until front office completes insurance authorizations to basically get visits approved so then don’t have to pay out of pocket
