“We grow or we die” is all you will hear. And the dollar signs and business development will be the main focus. Culture has been lost and loyalty is ancient here.

I have worked for this company since graduating college and it has been one of the best decisions I have made! They truly believe in work life balance (which is a big deal for me) and the culture within the company matches my own beliefs so well.

Cons

There are a lot of extroverts within the company and being an introvert, that can be a little hard sometimes - but they genuinely care about you so it is worth it!
