      Positive environment. Emphasis on employee engagement, training, and personal development. Team atmosphere, communication, and common goal towards company's mission, vision, and values. Customer focused.

      Cons

      Less recognition / pay for support and administrative staff. Training emphasis is more for the field.

      Pros

      Has the most advanced certified clinicians than any other physical therapy company in its region. Provides clinical outcomes for its patients and has extremely high results.

      Cons

      Run by clinicians with little business experience outside of BenchMark. Places very little value on training and supporting any other part of the company other than clinicians.

      Fantastic direct management, possible growth options, good health benefits

      Cons

      Out of touch upper management, not a lot of care for people at lower levers. Company seems to be struggling and finding where to cut corners. Not a lot of insensitive for employees who stayed after reorg.
