Positive Experience with Benchmark PT

Pros

The company has a good focus on clinical excellence, serving the community, and providing the highest level of care to its patients. The clinic I worked in was a very welcoming environment with a lot of openness to educating new graduates. The mentoring program was very helpful for providing guidance and advice as a new graduate, as well. The office coordinator was always ready and willing to assist with any insurance issues or general questions. Our regional vice president was readily available to help if problems arose and did his best to provide solutions.

Cons

In some of the smaller clinics, space could be an issue at times, with more patients fit into a small space while still trying to social distance.
