Company Lunch every Wednesday and learning a lot about publishing from the very beginning of putting material together to shipping it to the customers.

Cons

Management is very unprofessional and creates a very stressful work environment. A lot of yelling and belittling and all in front of colleagues. The owners make it a stressful place to work at.

Horrible upper management and work environment as there is no job security, growth, and raises. Annual performance review - non existent Low pay, constant berating to employees from owner daily. Soulless HR and can fire at-will without cause.
