There are company events at least once every month to bring people together and this tradition has been maintained during COVID-19. There used to be company sponsored lunch once every month, soccer and volleyball games sponsored by the company pre COVID-19. There is an annual talent show where employees volunteer to go on stage and perform music, dances, poetry reading, etc.
Management let employees to opt to work from home at the very beginning of the pandemic this year, when no one had a clue of how bad it would be. It was a brave and responsible move, and by doing this the company shows it's putting employees' health as its priority.
The founders of the company care about their employees by heart, are passionate about the company's mission, and aim to build a family like working environment. The company has also generously sponsored many international employees.

The company is still scaling and in transition as it grows, oversight from management is inevitable under high pressuring situations but this happens to every company.
Work-life balance may not be ideal under pressuring situations.
