Benchmark gives you the experience that you need to move along in your career of working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Cons

The pay is low. But you get the experience. Hard to move up in the company.

Working with clients and meeting new people. The overall job is rewarding because you work with wonderful clients

Cons

The pay is decent if you have no bills which many of us do. They say you get bonus but it's only if the company gets the bonus. Manager doesn't tell you at orientation that you can get your money back if you go somewhere with a client but you don't want to pay but have to because that's where your client wants to go. They constantly bug you about picking up hours as if you don't have a life of your own and is a robot that is able to run 24hrs on no food shower or sleep.
