Pros

Benefits! Very flexible with my hours- I get to do college and work at the same time. I do some sleep shifts and get paid as well which actually allows me some overtime pay. I have some amazing people I work with- both coworkers and the individuals I serve

Cons

Nothing really- I plan to be promoted at Benchmark and continue my career with them

The company is wonderful, the people are nice, and make it easy to learn and grow. The principles that the company stands for are phenomenal.

Cons

The pay could be better, but what we may not get in compensation, we do get in satisfaction of making a difference in our communities.
