Terrible pay for the direct care/CNA staff. They definitely treat the clinical staff better in more ways than just pay.

Great work/life balance if you try to keep it. Excellent community of affinity groups and connection groups. Good benefits, & health insurance. Creativity is encouraged

Cons

Pay in ROI is much lower than US counterparts. Nearly-useless employee discount on Amazon webiste for employees Living in the ROI.
