Pros

Good benefits package. Loved working to support people with disabilities.

Cons

Executive team is rude, degrading, out of touch, and cliquey. Programs are unorganized and the ones who are holding everything together get treated horribly.

Pros

Ability to work 3 days from home with very high monitoring. Good health insurance.

Cons

Leadership is very smiling and overly cheerful. Be cautious. Be prepared to justify a $2.45 insurance adjustment that will take you an hour to document and submit. I found it to be a sad, lonely, humiliating environment. It’s a lonely cubicle city with very few people around.

BHS is a terrific, mission driven organization. Their care for residents, tenants, and employees makes them an employer you can be proud to work for.

Cons

Very pleased with my employment; no cons to report.
