Variety. Impactful. Needed. Diverse. BHCM is an exciting place full of challenges that are great for new nurses and experienced nurses alike. A ventilator unit in a nursing home? Who knew! Nurse staffing rations.

Cons

English proficiency isn't great among staff and many residents. Difficult coworkers from time-to-time. Nursing assistant staffing ratios are a challenge as are finding quality nursing assistants.
