They used to have a tagline of "Laughter is the the best cosmetic" --they have moved away from that not only in marketing but in the way they treat their employees. This used tagline used to represent the feeling of working for Benefit as a "feel-good" company but the good feelings are gone. The people on the top that truly care about the field employees have all been let go and the field feels it. Once they are done with you... You are done. It's sad. No loyalty to anyone. Lot's of pressure to keep up A Launches, core product, services and on and on and on. Everything culturally and everyone that made this brand fun to work for is gone.

Unless you're 18, a brown noser, or enjoy being underpaid, do yourself a favor and apply elsewhere! This was an extremely toxic work environment, I flagged sooo many things to management, nothing was ever changed or made better, and no one was ever written up for their foul actions.
