      Pros

      Great place for new estheticians to gain skills. LVMH has great insurance and 401k benefits for full-time employees. Tips in high-volume salons can be great for supplemental income.

      Cons

      Terrible staffing issues, high turnover rate, lack of recognition of work-life-balance, and the employee's time-off requests. High workload sometimes running into breaks. At the time I was working, they denied the staff anti-fatigue mats despite being on our feet 8 hours a day. Very pushy with make-up sales. Make-up has a very limited skin color range. At the time I worked for them, there were no shift options just full-time, open to close.

      Good pay. Great benefits. Lots of initial training (used to be at least).

      Cons

      Was always focused on product sales and keeping the time to unrealistic standards; yet wanted us to build and maintain clientele but tried to make 80% of the appointment about pushing product
