I was hired as an Account Manager with the promise of being trained as a Brow Artist, but my training kept getting pushed back with no clear timeline. The company has strict and unfair absence policies, complicated reporting procedures, and last-minute rota changes that make work-life balance difficult. Productivity expectations are unrealistic, and management does not provide proper support or structure. Instead of investing in employee growth and training, they delay opportunities and blame staff for operational issues. If you’re looking for a company that values employees and follows through on its promises, I’d recommend looking elsewhere."
