Supportive environment & company truly cares about their employees, taking very good care of them. Allows a lot of area for professional growth and opportunities within the company.

Cons

Some of the Sephora management needs improvement - not extremely friendly with benefit employees however benefit management is extremely helpful in resolving any conflicts and ensuring comfort.

I've been at Benefit Cosmetics HQ for almost 3 years and can truly say I love what I do. It's a very fun environment to be in, the benefits are great, and I enjoy working with my colleagues here.

Cons

Not too many cons, but I think streamlining the flow of info from upper management downwards could be much better. Salaries should be higher especially living in the Bay Area.
