Pros

If you enjoy beauty, Benefit is a great place to start as they offer great training. The products are wonderful so it is easy to sell. Commission was decent as well.

Cons

The companies approach to getting customers to counter is too much. They expect you to constantly chase potential customers around the store (even outside sometimes) and bring them back for a makeover with using a minimum of 6 products. This is the reason I left, I wanted to give authentic makeup experiences but instead, I felt like I was force products in poeoples faces.

Pros

you get paid. You get a make up starter kit.

Cons

When I applied for this job I really hoped all the bad reviews I had read were not true, but they were. I left ASAP. That's all I have to say.

Pros

Product allowance was pretty good

Cons

Micromanagement, undermining my ability to perform and making me feel guilty whenever I applied for annual leave.
