If this is going to be your first job then I do recommend this company. They teach you a lot about selling and how to be a good manager. Salary not great but for your development is ok. Also nice incentives and commission on top of your salary.

Cons

Company is very focused on selling and not that much on the customer needs. It can be very pressured and stressful.

Free make up, sometimes commission, I had a good team

Cons

No recognition. If your face fits, you'll go far. Alot of cat fights. If you have an opinion, don't bother mentioning it, it won't get you anywhere. And if you're offered to go on passport, lucky you. If waited 3 years. Expenses are never paid on time, commission was forgot to be put through, area management are bullies
