Where do I start? Benefit Cosmetics may seem like the perfect company from the outside but when you work for them it is a totally different story. Pushy sales tactics, Cringe-Worthy "Magic Formula" sales pitches and utter fake people on all sides of the business. They do not care about their staff , nor their customers. Its all sales, sales, sales. Targets are too high and when you leave they drop the counter targets funny that! I had limited support while I worked there and was put under too much pressure from the start with unrealistic expectations. Area Management are a disgrace. I would steer clear from this brand and work for any other make up counter where you get treated with respect.
