      I had many years at benefit and absolutely loved my job. If you are a hard worker you will enjoy it! It’s very target driven so you need to be strong to deal with the pressure :) New products every launch and allocation to spend twice a year Area managers give you the freedom to make your own decisions as a manager Interview and hire your own team Area and regional managers were LOVELY!!

      No progression!!!! Unless you want to become a trainer
