Allocation is the only thing I can think of

Extreme pressure put on staff to meet targets Punishments and being watched if targets are not met Targets are not proportionate to length of shift (someone who has a 4 hour shift has same targets as someone who has an 8 hour shift) Are taught to be pushy with customers Penalised if you do not put 7 or more products on a customers face even if they only want to try 1
