Horrendous company, They say horrible things in a delightful tone! They stack so much pressure on you and keep adding more and more jobs to your role! They make the targets so high that as a manger you can never hit a bonus, and there is never a pay increase no matter what they say when they first hire you pay never goes up, but the work load does. They expect you as a manager to pay out of your own wages to pay for events so they can make more money and then won't pay it back, then training once ever couple of monthswhete you pay for train tickets and you have to claim it back but they make it so hard to sort the claim back forms it never happens. And if you find a new me ever f staff for the company you win 250 worth of free products I employed 3 members of staff and despite Persuing it recieved nothing. The company is a joke and you can never get intouch with your area manager with in work time. They ring you on your days off. They are late with figures. They throw you into some parts of the job with no real training.
