Pros
Free makeup, fun and innovative company over all with good general outlook and morals. Have met some really lovely and talented people through the job.
Cons
The good is extremely regional-seems as if bigger markets get to experience the real Benefit, if you're part of a small market, forget it! Extremely under experienced people in some departments hold managing and director titles and genuinely lie their way through the work week.. Way too much focus on bottom line, especially in regards to titles which are not sales roles or usually expected to make money. Terrible pay and management gives up on you quickly without trying to develop your role.
