Pros

Great fun, vibrant and innovative team and global culture. Less formal than some beauty brands, great products. Open to trying new things and experiential marketing and influencer engagement. San Fran HQ location means they are in the thick of what's new and possible in terms of tech and engagement.

Cons

Terrible internal email system from the stone ages, a shock given it's LVMH. Dior also had the same outdated emails, believe all LVMH may. Pay fairly basic, could innovate the remuneration and incentive structure. Career progression a little unclear. Be great to enable an international career progression program to open quality team members to opportunities abroad if not available in local market.
