      Pros

      Fun teams, boutiques are like little families, working hours are good, generous holidays.

      Cons

      You are targeted a set amount every single day, you have to sell a certain percentage of products over others, you have to fill out a form every time you make a sale, then transfer it to another sheet every week. You will be threatened with disciplinaries and recorded conversations but nobody ever gets fired. You are made out to be lazy if store doesn't make money even if the footfall is zero. There is no sick pay!!! You will also be targeted even though you are sick and have to make that money up. There are no perks like Christmas parties, you will not be valued as a person just how much money you can make. The staff turnover is insane, for good reason. Targets are unachievable, 20%+ on previous year.
