      Pros

      Gratis and 2% commission, good area manager, fun team members, good products that actually work! Music playing whilst working, able to have fun whilst working

      Cons

      Traffic stopping can get a bit much at times, always thinking about targets, worrying about meeting targets and then expected to exceed them, music but loud with a headache!

      Pros

      You get a £200 allocation after every six months.

      Cons

      Target driven company only cares about the money they make. Will employ ANYONE without caring about their work ethic or people skills long as they bring money in. Constantly blame BAs if targets arent met. Area managers dont help out in any way at all. The most degrading job ive had.

      - Great start up kit to make up a full face & t shirts for uniform. -2 weeks full training in application, products, company knowledge & customer service. - Brilliant monthly meetings with gratis & extra chances to earn more goodies through incentives. - Gratis every time a new product is launched. - Great commission percentage plus bonuses. - Friendly teams & always a chance to have fun at work. - Rewards & recognition for company loyalty.

      Cons

      If you don't like approaching customers (warm or cold) then Benefit isn't for you. You have to be confident enough in your skills & products.
