You get 50p whenever you sell a product Does have some really good products my manager is really nice never had a problem taking days off work for holidays good for students really good pay you get gratis on new launches you get a starter pack full of free make up good training
Cons
no commission on mini products have to traffic stop every shift which can make you feel uncomfortable and tired targets can often be quite high It can be quite draining mentally and physically, you're standing for 8hrs constantly trying to sell products to customers.
