      Pros

      Laid back and let you do your own thing and come up with own ideas for attracting customers. Regular chats and meetings with other account managers.

      Cons

      The pressure is constantly on sales and sometimes gets a bit of a drag because it takes away from the makeup and the products.

      You can make amazing friends with colleagues Musics playing and there are lots of laughs

      Cons

      Traffic stopping is HARD like really difficult so you have got to be mindful of that because it is awful!! Benefit really care about BA's hitting targets which is fair enough but sometimes you can be pushed to sell more than is actually possible. Targets will be on your mind constantly
