      Pros

      Good benefits and hourly for retail. Hours aren't too bad. Highest paying job as an esthetician.

      Cons

      Standing on your feet all day. Not getting enough recognition for your hard work. Not having a set schedule.

      Pros

      Allocation is okay which means free makeup, plus free products at the launch of new products. 2% and higher commission on products you sell.

      Cons

      Managers are horrible, they expect you to do everything and anything for rubbish wage! They also think your a miracle worker.. They make you talk to customers like your talking to dogs, there products are rubbish except a few.. The staff turnover in this company is ridiculous people leaving every 2 minutes because of all the reasons above! No room for improvement in company, all promises and false hopes from a.managers. Also you will get sick of hearing the words.. TRAFFIC STOP!!!!
