Pros

Recognizable company, great products, fun environment. Paid training and free products!! You have to be perky all the time, which isn't too hard depending on personality, perkiness helps bring in the good/nice customers.

Cons

Meeting daily goals were hard sometimes. Had a lazy counter manager.

Pros

The product gratis twice a year is nice, and the starting hourly wage is decent. However, you could easily make more money per hour in a spa setting. Raises also only occur once per year.

Cons

The scheduling is terrible. Completely different week to week, varying days every week and vary times. Making it very difficult to rebook clientele, and very difficult to maintain any type of work life balance. They basically only care about their bottom line and whether or not you sell products. However, if you do make your goals positive recognition is never given.
