      Pros

      Friendly and professional coworkers. Management loves answering questions and praises you for asking. Continuous positive reinforcement. Hard work never goes unnoticed. Employees are encouraged to be creative and use out of the box thinking.

      Cons

      The company struggles with visibility among other brands, even though they're unique culture should have no problem standing out. But, in retrospect, the customers that love Benefit's products are more strongly brand loyal than most companies' customers.

      flexible schedule, meet great makeup artists, trained for waxing and tinting brows, gratis.

      Cons

      no chances of growth within the company, no product knowledge classes offered, two weekly goals: one for services and one retail.

      I guess you could count free product among the pros?

      Very top heavy management of people that don't provide support or really do anything. There was also very little room for growth.
