It's a division between the Counter manager and Benefit employees. My RAM is disrespectful, talks down upon you and focuses too much on the negative. Needs help in coaching fellow team members by being constructive and not destructive

When you hit targets they would then be raised, can feel like an uphill struggle,like nothing you do is enough. No excuse for low sales 'we go get our customers' through traffic stopping so low footfall is not an excuse, really tough when it is a genuinely quiet day. Limited progression, recruit more staff instead of promoting, they don't want to loose staff who are great on counter to H/O based roles.
