      Pros

      Knowledgeable senior management and great products. Company has a unique culture and is in a growth model that should be sustainable for the long term. Strong parent company and unique individual growth opportunities for employees who have no issue around relocation.

      Cons

      from my perspective, it was a very long commute from San Jose to San Francisco each day and not sustainable for the long term. worked well for me for the short term, at this stage of my career.

      long hours and you have to grab customers on a consistenent basis.
