Pros

It started out fun and seemed promising. I love all my clients. Ive been an esthetician for thr company for 5 years. They dont want to promote good estheticians who can sell bc they are so hard to find. Im vrry disheartened bc I expected to be with this company for a long time, but you can make more money on you r own. My BM is also a pill popping over caffinated fake wreck. Its sad. She acts like they work her to the bone. Maybe they do? Im not sticking aroumd to find out!!!!

Cons

Managment needs to get a clue at whats really going on! My business manager was barely even there for almost 2 years and I even told the regional, but I guess they dont care. Numbers are not worth your sanity.

Pros

Gratis, frequently. Expect to receive some items once in awhile for sales recognition, twice a year you can make a large order online, and every time a new item is released, you get one of those as well. Job can be fun when you have awesome clients and a lot of people love benefit so at times selling the product isn't hard.

Cons

Fiesty coworkers who blame you for their failures at selling. As a beauty advisor you are to work with aesthtiticans to help build sales as a team. However I worked with a rude aesthetician who blamed me for not collecting her tips for her and that for some reason, whenever I'm working she doesn't seem to get enough sales and tips! The nerve!! So expect to deal with catty women. So annoying. Also this business is big on sales and if you're not cutting it you will get badgered to no end. This job is and can be very stressful. Some customers are also catty and rude, as working in a woman-dominated area can be. Especially hated dealing with privileged older women who treated you like crap and blamed you do things being sold out, the music is too loud, they don't like your eyebrows, the list goes on. I couldn't take it after awhile. I'm glad I have a real job now.
