Poor management and degrading remarks on daily basis. They have bosses, not leaders there is a huge difference in leading a team and being bossy. I was told off for being too happy on counter and being myself, however I was told when I had been successful for the job told it was because they loved my bubberlt personality and to bring this out on the counter. They will never praise you unless you happen to have a huge sale. It won't last for long though as they'll quickly judge you on everything else you could have done in the sale to get more. Cold hearted money thinkers but they try to make you learn the history of the business and mislead you into thinking it's fun and cheeky however it's far from that! "Laughter is the best cosmetic" is the slogan they use but behind the counter is a completely different insight.
