Good commission, it's all individual so you don't need to make target to get commission. It's a fun brand and you get lots of free makeup.

Cons

It's quite a pressurised environment which is why I left. The company is often on your case to improve performance but often not in a positive supporting way

New product launch Gratis, product allocation twice a year. You will receive a lot of training and will be given the opportunity to runn your own business within the Store you are in.

Cons

figures remain the same whether you have the same staff numbers or not. Very cliquey at times and can be hard to progress beyond account or business manager roles
