      Pros

      Full of makeup, femininity, and creativity! Excellent compensation. Full of hugely talented, dedicated, and smart people. Fun loving group! They have a Halloween costume contest!

      Cons

      Difficult to move up. The really fun/creative projects are left to the higher ups (VPs, etc.). Many of the talented people working there talked to me about being dissatisfied with their work because they want their ideas to be heard.

      None really unless you like gratis for a mid tier makeup brand.

      Cons

      Abusive management and exploitative business practices. And a niche service for brows won’t really help with growing into the esthetics/spa world.They will work you to the bone and have high retail expectations, they expect individuals to sell thousands of dollars worth of product weekly but give minimal bonus and PTO. This business markets themselves as caring and kind but hires male leads that harass female employees. Multiple racial injustices have happened in my time working here too.
